Hi! And welcome to Loreto House Creative! My name is Molly Finch and I am the owner of LHC! I am a professionally-trained marketer helping small businesses in our Catholic World.

My background consists of an undergraduate degree in Marketing that I received in 2017, followed by my Master's in Business Administration earned in 2018. I began my career as the marketing director for a property management company, then transitioned to corporate America, where I finally made my way into the Marketing Organization. I am trained in brainstorming, running, and analyzing the success of marketing campaigns, deciding and producing appropriate email campaigns, and publishing social content that will engage and produce intrigue. I have consistently found the importance and need to keep it simple, recognize who your audience is, and speak to their needs. It is never about you and all about the other. The more you share this and appropriately weave it into your marketing plan, God can begin to work in so many beautiful ways.

That being said, along with my experience in corporate America, I have utilized my learnings to service small business companies with professional marketing value discoveries, techniques and services. With my clients, I thrive in a collaborative environment, where I have personal and constant communication to make their dreams a success. My main goal is to make my clients happy; to feel as they have an in-house marketing manager, without having to pay for a full-time employee.
