Youth Ministry Internship - Gain the skills to get the job! SPIRITUS Ministries is seeking Catholic young adults to join our missionary team and lead youth into a deeper relationship with Jesus. A select few of these missionaries also intern at a local parish to gain experience and knowledge to be professional youth ministers. From mid-August to mid-May, missionaries lead powerful retreats for Catholic youth in elementary, middle, and high school. While gaining practical experience, missionaries also live intentionally in men's or women's households, growing in virtue and community.

As an intern, you will have a parish mentor and the support of SPIRITUS Leadership while learning to: Implement a comprehensive youth ministry program. Engage youth & adults and call them into the ministry. Plan, organize and execute programming for the year. Present spiritual programs and retreats in dynamic ways. Successfully collaborate with a parish staff and parents. Facilitate meetings and small groups effectively. Disciple youth and young adults into the mission of Jesus.

Mentorship - One-on-one guidance to grow in faith and leadership. $3,000 Stipend - Completion bonus. $175 Monthly Pay - Stipend for personal expenses.
