You will work closely with a Pastor who values collaboration, alongside dedicated staff and volunteers who care deeply about the Church’s mission. You’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, given the opportunity to improve systems, and supported as a key leader within the parish. Your Role
As Business Manager, you will:
• Guide the parish and school in wise financial stewardship
• Provide clear, accurate reporting that supports strong decision-making
• Ensure operations run smoothly so ministry can thrive
• Help foster a professional, supportive environment for staff
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Pastor and a steady presence for the parish community.

• Takes pride in doing work accurately, thoughtfully, and with integrity
• Enjoys bringing order, clarity, and improvement to complex systems
• Communicates well and builds trust with others
• Understands that behind every spreadsheet are people and a purpose
Preferred Experience
A BS/BA in accounting, business, finance or a closely-related field;
A minimum of five years’ experience in finance/accounting/business management;
Prior experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and database management systems.
Previous supervisory experience along with human resource responsibility is a plus.
Comfort working with confidential information and multiple stakeholders
