Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
-Process accounts payables and receivables -Bank reconciliations -Grant tracking and reporting -Retail tax reporting -Prepare monthly financials for the Treasurer, Executive Director, and Board -Assist preparing all necessary reports, annual audit, and any and all additional requests from the Executive Director, President, and Treasurer
Qualifications Include (but are not limited to): -College education in accounting/bookkeeping. -2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience with accrual systems -Strong proficiency in the use of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office -Implement and comply with GAAP -Accounts Payable and Receivables -Honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and credibility a must -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability prioritize and work efficiently while multitasking -Strong planning, organizing, and problem solving skills -Team player, willing to accept additional responsibilities -Professional appearance and attitude
