Ability to create engaging lessons and to adapt to changing needs. 6. Listen and interact effectively with students, parents, colleagues, leadership, and community. 7. Develop and implement a strategic planning system which includes appropriate grade level scope and sequence according to the standards of St. Aloysius Academy and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. 8.
