The Diocese of Greensburg is seeking passionate, faith-filled leaders to serve as Regional Directors of Youth Formation and Discipleship. The role offers the opportunity to inspire young Catholics, accompany families in faith, and build vibrant parish communities rooted in Jesus Christ.

Your Mission

As a Regional Director, you will collaborate with pastors, parish staffs, volunteers, and diocesan leadership to strengthen and grow youth ministry across multiple parishes. You will have the opportunity to:

· Inspire young people to know, love, and follow Jesus Christ.

· Create dynamic opportunities for junior high youth, high school youth, young adults, and families to grow in faith.

· Mentor and form parish volunteers and youth ministry leaders.

· Develop creative and engaging evangelization and discipleship initiatives.

· Build strong relationships that unite parish communities in a shared mission.

· Help shape faith formation across the diocese.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

· Loves Jesus Christ and desires to share the Catholic faith with others.

· Is a practicing Catholic in good standing and faithfully embraces the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.

· Builds relationships naturally and enjoys accompanying others in faith.

· Leads with creativity, initiative, and collaboration.

· Is passionate about evangelization, discipleship, and youth ministry.

· Communicates effectively and works well with pastors, staff, volunteers, and families.

· Is willing to travel throughout the assigned region.

Applicants should also:

· Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Hold Advanced Certification (or its equivalent) in the Diocese of Greensburg or commit to completing certification within 24 months of employment.

· Successfully complete all required criminal background checks and Safe Environment requirements.

Position Details

· Full-time, exempt position

· Flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends

· Office and storage space located within the assigned region

· Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
