Job Purpose: Reporting to the House Manager, Missionaries spend a year living in community with and supporting pregnant and parenting women experiencing homelessness and their children. This is a year of service program running from August 2025-August 2026 (or sooner) with the option to recommit for a second year. Responsibilities: Live in community with the moms and babies at Annie's Home. Participate in community prayer which could include morning prayer, evening prayer, mass and adoration. Work as a team collaborating with other Missionaries and staff to advocate for and provide the best support available for the women and children of Annie's Home. Provide house coverage by answering the phone, welcoming visitors, offering tours, receiving donations, and responding to the duty of the moment. Utilize gmail, google calendar, and google drive to coordinate care for moms. Service phone inquiries and conduct phone screening for individuals applying for services, using knowledge of other community resources, experience and training to assess if Annie's Home is the appropriate housing program for the individual. Meet potential residents in-person to conduct an intake and determine if the individual is eligible for the program. Keep records of all phone screenings, intakes, and referrals. Utilizing established procedures and training, Missionaries are responsible for responding to emergencies, crises, and conflicts within the home. Participate in and help to plan community functions, including celebrations, house retreats, service days, and staff meetings. Assist with photography and social media. Meet regularly with moms to check in and assess needs. Support moms during doctor appointments and hospital stays as necessary. Participate in and host activities to strengthen community life. Attend speaking engagements, recruiting events and networking events to promote the mission of Annie's Home. Each Missionary will have a role within the home. Roles include House Manager, Hospitality Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, and Relationships and Programs Coordinator. Assumes any additional projects or tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
Schedule Five days a week This is a live-in position with a flexible schedule. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Preferred Qualifications: BA in related field preferred Ages 21+ Understanding of community living, cultural competencies, and the nature of homelessness. Some Spanish speaking Experience with and or exposure to infants.
