POSITION SUMMARY The Partnership Development Specialist will establish a partner development program for all graduate programs that need an established partner channel. This includes working the respective sales pipelines to establish partnership agreements and help implement those agreements to drive qualified prospective students into the enrollment funnel for those programs. This requires working with each of the program directors to develop partner campaign strategies and lead the sales process along with the implementation efforts to drive students into the graduate enrollment funnel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the partner sales pipeline on a daily basis across multiple grad programs. • Make daily calls, emails to contacts for building out the partner network and moving deals through the sales funnel. • Coordinate/consult with program directors on progress and next action steps where needed. • Regular presentation/review of partner sales pipeline. • Develop implementation strategy for each partner agreement. • Coordinate with Graduate Admissions Counselor and Enrollment Services on potential students into the enrollment funnel. • Coordinate with Program Directors and Enrollment Marketing on marketing strategy for partner development and implementation. • Help negotiate partnership agreements. • Assist in graduate program webinars and events. • Travel to events and conferences to promote partner development and grad student program implementation. Technical Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management concepts

Education & Experience • Bachelor's Degree required. • Master's Degree is desired. • Sales experience is desired. • Customer service experience is desired.
