You will shape the overarching vision for missionary renewal by designing, executing, and evaluating unified strategies for evangelization, lifelong faith formation, and outward discipleship across our 3 campuses in Kettering, OH. With over 6,000 member households, the DoE has a significant role to play in promoting our Catholic faith in our local community.

    3. Administration
    • Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for the evangelization and faith formation staff.
    • Data-Driven Evaluation: Conduct program assessments to measure the conversion and retention efficacy of parish offerings.

    • Budgeting: Collaborate with finance leadership to build and responsibly manage the annual evangelization budget.
