Holy Name of Jesus Church is looking for a Parish Secretary/ Bookkeeper. The primary responsibilities include managing the administrative tasks of the rectory office while overseeing the Church's financial records, including recording donations. processing bills, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, all under the guidance of Church leadership.
Excellent communication skills needed to interact with parishioners, staff and Church leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Publisher. Knowledge of accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks experience required)
The position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
