Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the Church's mission Bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, education, or related field Experience (professional or volunteer) in youth or faith formation Warm, relational presence and strong communication skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as ministry requires Organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading volunteers
