Chesterton Academy, Hopkins, MN is seeking a Theology teacher to join our team starting in the 2025-2026 academic year.
Qualifications
Preference is given to those who have familiarity with the Chesterton Academy community, our joyfully Catholic, classical approach, and substantial teaching experience.
A bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Theological Studies preferred.
Three to five years of teaching experience is preferred, as well as experience in and passion for Catholic classical education.
Preferred the teacher would be able and willing to teach Old and New Testament, as well as a variety of other subjects, especially within the Humanities.
The teacher must be a practicing Catholic and willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church.
The teacher should possess teaching ability, content excellence, classroom management, excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and possess a track record of contributing to the vision and mission of an apostolic and educational enterprise.
