Middle School Math Teacher and IT Associate

St. Joseph Catholic STEM School-a Nationally Certified PreK-8 STEM School in the southwest suburbs of the Twin Cities-is seeking a Middle School Math & IT Integration Teacher to join our dynamic and mission-driven team for the 2025-2026 school year.
We are looking for a math-loving, tech-savvy educator who will lead in both the classroom and the school's technology landscape, working alongside our external tech support partner (Totus Tech) to provide a seamless and future-ready learning environment.

What You'll Do:
Teach Middle School Math (Grades 6-8)
Implement the STEMScopes Math and Big Ideas Learning curriculum with clarity and passion
Prepare students for success in Pre-Algebra, Algebra and Geometry skills
Inspire perseverance, problem-solving, and curiosity
Coordinate School IT & Tech Integration (Year-Round Role)
Serve as the daily point-person for tech across the building, supporting students, staff, and parish needs
Manage student and staff Google Workspace accounts, device provisioning/deprovisioning, and classroom tech tools
Support Clever, rostering, and light troubleshooting
Collaborate with our IT service provider for more advanced or network-level issues; help optimize and maximize their contracted support
Promote meaningful, school-wide tech integration and Smart Lab functionality
Coordinate with parish leadership as needed for shared technology use and support

What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (required); middle school math licensure
Experience with technology tools and classroom integration; comfort with Google Workspace
Organizational skills to manage systems like MDM and rostering
Commitment to faith-based education (Catholic or non-Catholic welcome)
Strong communication skills and a spirit of collaboration
A full-time, year-round presence (200+ day contract), available for both school and parish needs

Preferred Experience:
Instructional technology coaching, tech support, or classroom IT integration
Google Admin Console, MDM software, or STEM lab support
Middle school or departmental math teaching experience
