Full-time and/or part-time position(s) covering specifically the western and southwestern side of our coverage area. This position will be a hybrid position. Must be an LPN or RN with experience in care management and preference will be given to applicants with experience in the treatment of substance use disorders, specifically opioid use disorders and medication assisted treatment. Candidate must be self-motivated, thrive in team-oriented approaches and will join a staff consisting of a RN, substance use disorder therapists, peer recovery coaches, family support specialists and substance abuse prevention specialists.
