Growth Marketing Manager
Verso Ministries, a Catholic pilgrimage company, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive pilgrim acquisition and trip bookings through high-quality, consistent marketing execution. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can translate strategy into action across campaigns, website, CRM, and vendor coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytically minded and mission-driven, and who is motivated by helping others encounter Christ through pilgrimage.
The Growth Marketing Manager: - Owns day-to-day execution across campaigns, website, CRM, and vendors - Translates strategy into clear weekly priorities and deliverables - Drives campaigns from planning through launch and follow-through - Coordinates across content, sales, operations, and external partners - Tracks performance and identifies opportunities to improve results
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Launch - Execute campaigns across email, landing pages, paid media, social, and collateral - Build briefs, timelines, and launch plans - Ensure alignment with trip priorities, goals, and timing
Website & Conversion - Manage landing pages, forms, and CTAs - Improve conversion paths and user experience - Maintain clarity and consistency across key pages
Lifecycle Marketing & CRM - Build and manage email workflows, segmentation, and automation - Ensure proper lead routing, attribution, and data quality - Monitor funnel performance from inquiry to booking
Agency & Vendor Coordination - Manage paid media and marketing vendors - Align messaging across ads, landing pages, and follow-up - Keep deliverables on track and escalate issues as needed
Project Management & Coordination - Maintain campaign calendar and weekly marketing roadmap - Track progress, blockers, and performance - Partner cross-functionally to move campaigns to launch
Reporting & Performance - Track key metrics (conversion, CPL, CAC, ROAS, email performance) - Support weekly/monthly reporting - Identify opportunities to improve performance and processes
Examples of Work - Launch a pilgrimage campaign across email, landing pages, and paid media - Optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates - QA campaign assets and workflows before launch - Monitor CRM workflows and lead follow-up - Coordinate with agencies to improve campaign performance
You Are Likely a Strong Fit If You: - Have 5-8 years of experience in growth, demand gen, lifecycle, or digital marketing - Are excited about the mission of the Catholic Church - Have hands-on experience with campaigns, landing pages, and CRM systems - Are highly organized with strong project management skills - Understand core marketing metrics and performance drivers - Communicate clearly and have strong copyediting instincts - Thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Bonus Points: - HubSpot experience - WordPress or similar CMS experience - Experience in Catholic, mission-driven, or travel organizations - Experience managing agencies or freelancers
