The Full-Time Youth Minister and Confirmation Coordinator will play a pivotal role in reviving our youth ministry. The primary focus will be overseeing the current Confirmation program, which currently serves approximately 40 students, while strategically building a robust middle school youth ministry. The ultimate vision for this role is to establish a strong foundational middle school program that naturally grows into a thriving high school youth ministry over time. Confirmation Program leadership: Direct, organize, and facilitate the sacramental preparation program for approximately 40 Confirmation students. Develop dynamic curricula, coordinate retreats, oversee service projects, and support sponsors and parents in their role as primary educators of the faith.
