Responsibilities 1. Perform ultrasounds when requested by the WHC Medical Director, Clinic Manager, Center Manager or Client Advocate 2. Reinforce the dignity and humanity of the unborn child with the client (i.e., when referring to the unborn child, use the word "baby" and not "embryo" or "fetus") 3. Thoroughly explain all medical consent forms; ensure that client forms are complete and have necessary signatures; address client questions/concerns about the ultrasound procedure 4. Properly document client care and maintain client records 5. Upload all scans into the Client database by end of day for the WHC Medical Director review 6. Ensure confidentiality of client information 7. Handle phone and in-person client inquiries as needed 8. Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment and exam room(s) 9. Perform all duties within HIPAA guidelines at all times 10. Assist in all aspects of ministry functions (answering phones, filing, data entry, etc.), as requested by Center Manager, Clinic Manager, and Executive Director 12. Occasional Saturday work is required (two Saturdays/month)
