Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide compassionate, person-centered assistance to children and adults with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. DSPs help individuals to remain and thrive in their communities. This is done through supporting an individual needs in their home and community, while honoring each person's goals, choices, and God-given dignity.

Responsibilities may include: • Personal care assistance in areas of daily living • Community integration activities • Assistance with residential care • Encouraging independence and self-advocacy • Documentation of services using our electronic documentation system • Communication with families and supervisors regarding changes in individual's needs
Required Qualifications: • Minimum age of 18 years • High school diploma or equivalent • Reliable transportation • Valid CPR and First Aid Certification • Ability to use a smartphone for documentation and EVV • Ability to pass required background screenings including: Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) criminal history check and Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check Preferred Qualifications: • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
