Position Overview
We are seeking a Catholic Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can help tell the story of Sheepfold Toys online through beautiful, engaging, and authentic content.

This person will work closely with the founder to:

Capture photos and videos of products, packaging, and behind-the-scenes moments
Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, stories, and posts
Help grow an engaged Catholic audience
Maintain a consistent visual brand and posting schedule
Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
This is an ideal role for someone who:

Loves the Catholic faith
Has a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling
Understands short-form video and social media trends
Enjoys working with families, children, and creative products
Can take initiative and help turn ideas into polished content
Responsibilities
Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok
Photograph products and lifestyle scenes
Create captions, graphics, and posting schedules
Manage daily posting and engagement
Help brainstorm content ideas tied to the liturgical year, feast days, saints, and Catholic family life
Coordinate occasional giveaways, collaborations, and influencer outreach
Organize and maintain a content library
Assist with branding consistency across social platforms
Qualifications
Practicing Catholic or strong familiarity with Catholic culture and traditions
Experience creating social media content for brands or businesses
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok
Basic photography and video editing skills
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Excellent communication skills
Bonus if you have experience with:Product photography
Shopify
Email marketing
Catholic ministry or Catholic brands
Children’s products or family-focused brands

Flexible hours
Part-time to start, with potential for growth
Combination of remote work and occasional in-person content days (Denver/Broomfield area preferred)
Compensation dependent on experience
