Fidelis Catholic Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and friendly Member Services Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our members, reflecting the values of our faith-based organization. We are looking for individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a dedication to serving our community.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent service experiences to members and potential members. • Accurate and efficient cash handling. • Assist members with deposit and loan products. • Open and maintain membership accounts. • Travel to Fidelis branch locations within the Denver Metro area. • Represent the Credit Union by providing excellent service and upholding the guiding principle: "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you." • Travel to Fidelis branch locations within the Denver Metro area may be required.
Qualifications and Skills: • Experience in customer service, banking, or related fields is desired. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and credit union members. • Demonstrated success in cash handling. • Ability to recognize and resolve issues. • Strong organizational skills. • Bilingual skills a plus.
