I am a cradle, formerly cafeteria Catholic. I used to delve into Protestant literature and media as source for spiritual and intellectual opinion on theological matters. After looking deeper into Catholicism, I conclude that the answers has always been with the church and while Protestantism sources are useful to some extent, they put emphasis on the less important matters to make up for what they lack, that is the Eucharist, Mariology, the Communion of Saints, the Apostolic succession, and in short, the fullness of truth. I like to dissect movies that have Christian messages, whether intentionally or not. During the day, after I send off my teens to school, I translate bible study materials from English to Malay (Bahasa Malaysia). I have translated more than 600,000 words worth of materials so far.
