We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive & Valuation Coordinator to serve as a key member of our team. This role is responsible for coordinating appraisal assignments from engagement through final delivery while providing executive-level support to the Managing Director. As our firm continues to grow, this position will play an integral role in enhancing client service, improving operational efficiency, and supporting new business initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
· Manage appraisal assignments from order receipt through final delivery.
· Schedule property inspections and coordinate with clients, homeowners, attorneys, lenders, and appraisers.
· Gather and verify property information from public records, MLS, assessor websites, and other sources.
· Prepare appraisal files and supporting documentation.
· Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate assignment records.
· Communicate professionally with clients regarding scheduling and status updates.
· Support day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
· Provide executive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and confidential administrative tasks.
· Serve as a central point of coordination to help prioritize tasks, improve workflows, and ensure the efficient operation of the office.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
· Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Real estate experience is helpful but not required
· College degree in business administration preferred but not required
