This is a full-time, salaried position spanning the 34-week academic year. The school observes all solemnities and takes Christmas, Easter, and summer breaks. Occasional evening and weekend events are included in the annual academic calendar.

Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
Open and close the school; maintain office supplies; coordinate routine cleaning, repairs, and building maintenance
Answer phones and manage school email; handle internal and external communications
Maintain and organize office spaces and school storage
Manage the school calendar (internal and external), keeping it current at all times
Academic Support
Assist the Heads of School with report card preparation at the end of each term
Coordinate parent-teacher conference scheduling and communications twice yearly
Create and maintain curriculum and supply lists; order, distribute, and collect student textbooks and materials
Family & Student Communication
Communicate regularly with families regarding attendance, health, unexcused absences, and midday pick-up needs
Record and maintain accurate attendance records
Coordinate with parent volunteers for school events; assist with transportation logistics and event details
Financial & Administrative Tasks
Order school merchandise and liaise with financial administrators
Compile, reconcile, and submit receipts and checks; manage petty cash and pay utility bills regularly
Community & Institutional Collaboration
Work with school professionals (HR, Accounting, Legal, Advisory, and Executive Boards) to gather reporting information for the Heads of School
Collaborate with other school administrators on priority projects
Support annual and targeted fundraising and recruitment events
Student Life & Formation
Supervise students during study halls, school activities, and as a substitute teacher when needed
Provide Catholic formation to students and represent the school in the wider community
Model professional, moral, and ethical standards with integrity in all interactions
