    Location:
    Hours: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
    Job Description:
    Join us as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll play an essential role in supporting our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy but joyful environment, and is eager to make a meaningful impact.     Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
    The selected candidate may perform any or all of the following responsibilities:
    • Report to the Office Manager for daily tasking, updates, and any issues requiring attention
    • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, organizing, and preparing documents and forms
    • Perform records research and prepare records
    • Interface with Parishioners in person and virtually
    • Coordinate Staff team meetings and events and prepare agendas
    • Assist in Parish events and projects - planning, execution, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication
    • Create graphic materials and announcements for dissemination via weekly bulletins, social media, and electronic messaging
    • Perform liaison with Clergy, parishioners, staff, and volunteers, with a focus on providing timely and charitable customer service
    • Assist in counting money from Parish donations and contributions
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Applicants must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish - both verbally and in writing
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred
    • Experience with Google Mail, Calendar, and Forms applications is preferred
    • Experience in graphic art software such as Adobe Express, CANVA, or PosterMyWall is a plus
    • Experience with ParishSOFT and Faith Direct applications and processes is a plus
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills is crucial
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Spanish is key
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to exercise prudence, good judgement, and confidentiality with sensitive information and work processes
    • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
