    Description

    Summary:

    - Coordinate and administrate the purchase and sale of church supplies, and religious gifts and monuments
    - Establish skills and industry knowledge with intentions to make career advancements

    Required Skills:

    - Sociability and Adaptability:
    The chain of supply from manufacturer to customer can be iterative, creating multiple potential vulnerabilities. Ideal candidates are able to maintain a friendly and professional presence during moments of adversity, and communicate effectively via voice call, e-mail, and face-to-face.

    - Amenability:
    As the industry, and the technology, customs, and standards that come with it grow and evolve, ideal candidates will be responsive and cooperative, invest into learning and adapting to industry changes, and adjusting procedures and technologies as needed.

    - Merchandising and Marketing:
    The Christian and Catholic community demands a limitless variety of liturgical metal-ware, furniture, monuments, books, vestments, incense, candles, wines, art, and gift items. Ideal candidates will be comfortable displaying, tracking, special ordering, and restocking a large variety of items.

    - Computer Literacy:
    Ideal candidates will have fundamental comprehension of windows operating system, spreadsheets, word processors, web browsers, e-mail, iPadOS, iPad apps, and printers.

    Responsibilities:
    - Assist customers and clients in supplying their churches and families, outfitting their clergy, and coordinating retail transactions via voice call, e-mail, web-store, and face-to-face
    - Process transactions and fulfill requests in-store and via web-stores(BigCommerce/Shopify)
    - Coordinate and create invoices for local deliveries(Church Clients Only)
    - Shop manufacturers/suppliers to complete unfulfilled customer requests
    - Direct liturgical contracting inquiries, leads, or existing clients appropriately
    - Track, record, and maintain inventory levels and pricing of all items in the North Palm Office
    - Display and rotate inventory for sale in the showroom based on featured and seasonal items
    - Routine maintenance of the North Palm showroom and office spaces

    Compensation and Benefits:
    -Hourly pay: 34-45 hours per week based on season(starting $18.00 - $20.00/h)
    -Performance reviews at 90 and 270 days(pay raise/salary consideration)
    - Semi-annual bonus based on collective and individual performance
    - Flexible/accommodating scheduling
    - Loyalty-based 401k matching: (up-to) 5% (90-day contingency)
    - Loyalty-based PTO: (starting) at 16 hours with 40 hours sick time
    - Health insurance reimbursement for salaried employees
    - Company gas/mileage/cellphone/transportation/room & board are provided based on requirements of assumed responsibilities
