Key Responsibilities: •Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards •Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom culture •Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment •Support students' spiritual growth through prayer, religious activities, and participation in school liturgies •Assess student progress and maintain accurate records •Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians •Collaborate with faculty and administration to support school mission and goals •Maintain compliance with licensing and diocesan policies
