What You'll Do
As our Onboarding & Training Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring new hires feel prepared and supported from day one. You'll also play a key role in organizing training programs and managing our internship program. Your work will directly impact our team's success and culture.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
Organize and track training sessions (in-person & virtual)
Maintain training calendars and compliance requirements
Lead and grow our internship program, from recruitment to development
Collaborate across departments to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in HR support, administration, or similar role
Familiarity with onboarding and HR processes
Experience leading training sessions
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Must be pro-life and aligned with our mission
Position Type/Expected Hours
This position is a full-time in-office position. Hours are typically 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday.
