    Description

    Manager of Admissions is a full-time, year-round position that works with prospective students, families, and other schools to grow and maintain strong enrollment. This position performs the necessary tasks to allow smooth operating and communication functions for the recruitment, admission, and enrollment processes of the school. The Manager of Admissions works closely with and under the supervision of the headmaster. The position includes, but is not limited to:
    • Ongoing communications with current and prospective students and parents to build and maintain strong enrollment numbers; providing students, parents, and guardians with timely information including deadlines regarding admissions requirements and processes; financial aid applications; enrollment issues; or other procedures.
    • Engaging in the recruiting process by planning, coordinating, and overseeing promotional events (open houses, recruitment events), campus tours, student interviews, and other admissions activities such as elementary and middle school visits, shadow days, high school fairs and conferences, and student testing days.
    • Working with current students to train them as hosts, tour guides, and presenters.
    • Provide timely communication to current and prospective families on all aspects of admission, enrollment, financial aid deadlines, and Milwaukee and Wisconsin Parental Choice program terms and requirements.
    • Review new and transfer student applications and records to assist headmaster in enrollment decisions and
    proper class placement.
    • Responsible for database upkeep of constituent contact information and interactions including perspective and new parent/student data and interactions. Assist with admissions and enrollment portion of accreditation reviews.
    • Import student profile and important health/IEP information from our application system (TADS) into our SIS (JupiterEd). Update information with any needed changes mid-year.
    • Communicates changes, statistics, and other information to the headmaster and provides quarterly enrollment reports for the board meetings.
    • Responsible for communication with parents about the WPCP program, terms, and deadlines. Complete the verification process and upkeep of records and assist with enrollment audits.
