The Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of the parish and school facilities maintenance. This position is responsible for the maintenance operations of the parish campus, including preventative and corrective measures. He/she will perform hands-on maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing and electrical work and general repairs, as well as coordinate third-party vendors for additional maintenance needs. The manager must have the ability to work independently, be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, and have a willingness to be on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies. This position plays a vital role in supporting the mission and daily operations of the parish and school.
