Qualifications: - The position requires professionalism, proactive problem-solving, good judgment, and ability to work effectively with clergy, staff, diocese at all levels - The ideal candidate manages sensitive information and discretion, demonstrates strong ownership, and contributes to a positive, inclusive office environment - Expertise with Microsoft Office and familiar with software systems such as ParishSoft - Must believe in the Mission of the Church
Responsibilities: - Provides administrative support to Pastor and leadership team - Supervises two administrative team members - Assist with HR, e.g., teacher contracts, employment letters, etc. - Prepare sacramental documents, coordinate major mail projects, manage a long-range planning calendar, liaison with specialty vendors - Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
Experience Required: 4-5 Years Lead Administrative Experience
