The DRE provides leadership for the catechetical mission of the parish, overseeing PSR and sacramental preparation for children and youth from early childhood through high school, and ensures faithful transmission of Catholic teaching, effective formation of families, and compliance with diocesan guidelines, while collaborating closely with other parish staff to support parish-wide spiritual growth. Evening and weekend hours required.
Qualifications:
~ Practicing Catholic with knowledge, understanding and strong commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church. ~ BA in Theology, Religious Education, or related field, or certificate in ministry or theology preferred.
Please note, this position is posted as fulltime but could be modified to fit a part-time schedule.
