Holy Child Academy is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as our next Director of Curriculum and Operations. Position Overview The Director of Curriculum and Operations will oversee the implementation and advancement of curriculum and instruction while also supporting the daily operational functions of the school. The position requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of educational best practices and school management. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking educator and administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes in forming the whole child spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Curriculum and Instruction Lead curriculum development and alignment across grade levels Support faculty in instructional best practices, lesson planning, differentiation, and assessment Coordinate professional development opportunities for faculty and staff Analyze academic data and student performance to strengthen instructional outcomes Assist in the implementation of innovative educational initiatives and programs Ensure curriculum aligns with school mission, standards, and long-term goals Support classroom observations, teacher coaching, and evaluation processes Operations and School Leadership Assist in overseeing daily school operations and logistics Collaborate with administration on strategic planning and school growth initiatives Support scheduling, staffing coordination, and operational systems Help ensure a safe, organized, and positive school environment Work closely with families, faculty, and staff to strengthen school culture and communication Assist with admissions, retention, open houses, and community engagement efforts Support school events, programs, and special initiatives Qualifications Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field Administrative certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of teaching and/or school leadership experience Strong knowledge of curriculum design, instructional leadership, and school operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with faculty, students, and families Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education What We Are Looking For We are seeking someone who: Leads with integrity, positivity, and professionalism Is highly organized and solutions-oriented Understands both the academic and operational needs of a thriving school Can inspire faculty while maintaining accountability and excellence Believes deeply in partnership with families Is passionate about helping schools grow and flourish
