The Digital Marketing & Data Specialist plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Couple to Couple League by strengthening our digital presence, growing engagement, and ensuring our communications are effective, data-driven, and aligned with CCL's vision.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role supports mission-focused campaigns across multiple platforms, manages digital communication channels, and stewards essential data systems to help CCL reach more families with the life-changing message of Natural Family Planning.
This position blends digital project management, marketing execution, data analysis, and creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage cross-functional projects, collaborate with internal teams and contractors, and execute digital campaigns with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution * Support mission-aligned campaigns through coordinated ideation, planning, and multitouch execution. * Develop and deploy email marketing communications, segmented journeys, and automation workflows for targeted audiences. * Manage and grow social media channels for multiple brands, ensuring consistent voice, messaging, and engagement. * Collaborate on digital advertising strategies, including app store optimization (Apple & Google) and paid campaigns on relevant platforms.
Website & Platform Management * Update, maintain, and improve CCL websites, ensuring content accuracy, usability, SEO optimization, and brand alignment. * Maintain product pages, course content, and user experience improvements within learning management systems (e.g., Thinkific).
Data, Reporting & Analytics * Manage, maintain, and analyze data across all digital platforms, with a strong focus on HubSpot reporting, dashboards, workflows, and contact management. * Provide timely reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and digital channel effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
Project Management * Lead and track digital projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and campaign goals. * Maintain documentation, timelines, and processes for ongoing digital initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications * Experience in digital marketing, project management, or related field (nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred). * Proficiency in email marketing, website CMS management, social media management, and analytics tools. * Working knowledge of HubSpot, Thinkific, WordPress , Mailchimp, Apple App Store, Social Media Platform Ad Management * Familiarity with digital advertising, especially Apple App Store and Google Play campaigns, a plus. * Strong understanding of data reporting, segmentation, and performance optimization. * Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively. * Creative problem solver with strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Commitment to the mission, values, and teachings promoted by the Couple to Couple League.
