Responsibilities • Manage daily office operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. • Record keeping of donor contributions • Correspondence including acknowledgement letters and receipts • Logs of all donations, • Reports on donors • Preparation of newsletters • Coordination of mailings • Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. • Handle phone etiquette professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Experience • Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Abilities including desktop publishing • Competency of computer programs • Small event planning, • Basic Grant proposal/can be learned.
Degree program in Journalism or related field is preferred as well as experience.
