Holy Redeemer is a rapidly growing parish just west of Fort Worth, blessed with a large and vibrant population of young people. We are seeking a full-time Youth and Young Adult Ministry Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape and expand a dynamic ministry-building on existing strong participation and guiding youth and young adults into deeper, intentional discipleship.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about accompanying young people, fostering authentic relationships, and helping them encounter Christ in a meaningful and lasting way. The position is ideal for someone with zeal for ministry work. Candidates should be eager to take initiative, develop programs, and grow a ministry at an exciting stage of expansion.
