Responsibilities • Perform pregnancy tests, intake counseling and life-affirming options consultations with clients • Encourage clients to express their feelings about their pregnancy and life circumstances to help them develop insight into themselves, their situation, and their relationships • Provide life-affirming options support via incoming phone calls and text messages • Maintain confidentiality of client records • Chart client interactions, progress, participation, and referrals appropriately in multiple software systems • Evaluate client needs during appointments and create a client care plan to connect clients to appropriate resources, when needed • Provide routine follow-up care for clients and track client progress • Assist in the scheduling of clients seeking pregnancy services • Seek out and participate in ongoing training, education, and development for this position • Attend and participate in all staff meetings • Participate in organization events • Attend community meetings or events as required • Other duties assigned by management
