NATURE OF WORK: Under the direction of the Director, the Campus Ministry Coordinator performs daily work as part of a team to assist the Campus Director with day-to-day operations and to execute the Director's vision.
EXAMPLES OF WORK: - Manage daily administrative and operational responsibilities to support ministry programs and organizational goals. - Coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow. - Maintain accurate records, databases, and ministry files with close attention to detail and confidentiality. - Track donations, organize financial paperwork, and assist with record keeping related to fundraising and stewardship efforts. - Prepare newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials using Mailchimp, Canva, and Microsoft Office. - Assist with planning, organizing, and executing events, including faith formation programs, retreats, leadership meetings, and special gatherings. - Support students and ministry participants through consistent communication, hospitality, and administrative follow-through. - Work collaboratively with leadership, volunteers, and team members while also carrying out responsibilities independently. - Help create organized systems and procedures that improve efficiency, communication, and accountability. - Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director.
REQUIREMENTS OF WORK: Minimum Qualifications: - Practicing Catholic in good standing. - Previous office experience. - Undergraduate degree in a related field. - Ability to take directions, work with little supervision, and work independently. - Must be available at various hours during the academic year, and regular business hours during the summer. - Ability to pass a background check and follow safe environment guidelines. - Knowledge and experience using: - Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint - Mailchimp - Canva - Google Workspace - Database entry and maintenance - Digital communications and document management
