Job Description
The Admissions and Hospitality Coordinator is the voice and face that families become familiar with throughout the enrollment process from the first inquiry, to shadow days and open house visits, application, enrollment, and the lead up to the first day of school. The Admissions and Hospitality Coordinator is supported by the academic and operational leadership of the school. While other team members maintain records and oversee the details of the application, financial aid, and enrollment processes, the Admissions and Hospitality coordinator supports student enrollment by: -communicating with prospective families -coordinating welcoming events such as shadow days, open houses, and family interviews

The ideal candidate is warm, professional, organized, and has a deep love for and understanding of Chesterton Academy's mission and vision.
The ideal candidate will also teach at least one course, which will help them to understand the daily life of the school in a rich way. (This would alter the number of hours per week, and the compensation for the role.)

• Schedule School Recruitment Visits • Call prospective parents after school visits • Schedule shadow days and communicate with families before and after • Train student ambassadors • Coordinate welcoming shadow days and greet and welcome parents • Lead school tours • Assist in coordinating open houses and testing days • Support engagement efforts for current and prospective families
