Family-owned credit card merchant service provider is expanding and seeking an Administrative Support Professional to support sales and service activities of the company. The company is owned by a Catholic family who also owns and operates a non-profit Catholic retreat center, and these core values and integrity are of the utmost importance to us as a company. This business helps fund the operations of the retreat center, and we are seeking someone whose values align with ours-- however, this position is with a for-profit company and is not a mission-based position.
Tasks would include data entry and general administration, as well as responsibility for ever changing service needs of client businesses that accept Visa/MC. Opportunity for growth and responsibility. Position located at Helena office with training provided. Benefits include paid 401K and vacation time, but not health insurance. Salary position of $25 to $35/hour with room for growth, commensurate with experience and potential.
