    Description

    Fidelis is hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to support a wide range of marketing and outreach efforts. This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, and energized by both digital work and in-person community connection. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to support events, social media, communications, and local outreach - especially in coordination with Catholic parishes and schools. This is an on-site role based out of our Arvada location, with occasional travel to other branches or partner sites.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Community & Parish Outreach
    • Help coordinate and support parish- and school-based outreach efforts
    • Build positive working relationships with parish staff and ministry leaders
    • Represent Fidelis at community events and sponsorship opportunities (some evenings/weekends)

    Content & Communication:
    • Write and edit content for email newsletters, flyers, social media, and event materials
    • Assist with member communications and campaign coordination

    Social Media & Digital:
    • Help manage content calendar and post scheduling
    • Create graphics and visual assets in Canva or Adobe Express

    Marketing Logistics:
    • Coordinate promo items, signage, print orders, and event materials
    • Maintain organized marketing files and signage inventory

    Team Support:
    Work alongside the Marketing Director to help execute marketing plans and campaigns Assist with internal projects, vendor coordination, and reporting as needed

    Who We're Looking For:
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (internships welcome)
    • Strong writing and editing skills
    • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
    • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
    • Confident interacting with parish staff and community leaders
    • Willing to occasionally work evening or weekend events
    • Passion for the Catholic mission of Fidelis and a desire to support local Catholic communities

    Position Details:
    • Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri (occasional weekends/evenings for events)
    • Location: Primarily on-site, based in Arvada with some flexibility
    • Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, and duties.
