Canterbury Pilgrimages & Tours Inc., is looking for a full time Travel Support Associate. It is preferred that you have at least one year of prior travel/tour agent, airline reservations or hotel reservations experience. Basic job duties include: Answering phones, taking travel reservations, retrieving voice mail, responding to support email and assisting other departments as needed.
Requirements • Ability to commute to our Fort Lauderdale office (6245 N Federal Hwy, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33308) • Strong track record of providing excellence in your field, and building lasting customer relationships • Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results • Positive mentality and the ability to exhibit flexibility in times of change • High attention to detail • Technically savvy with experience navigating multiple computer systems • Ability to work various shifts • International travel/work experience preferred • Call center experience a plus • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
