Position Summary: This person provides administrative support to the Executive Director and will assist the Finance Coordinator in the functioning of the Executive Office. S/he will join an office team supporting the various work(s) of members in the Federal Association. This is a full-time and in-person position that reports to the Executive Director, with much opportunity for professional advancement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Administrative management for the Executive Director (e.g., Communications to membership, coordination with events and internal office handlings.) • Financial handling in support with Financial Coordinator (e.g., Payment processing, revenue projection, budgeting.) • Website maintenance in coordination with office team (e.g., Timely updates and postings of Association-wide communications, responsibility of content accuracy & relevance.) • Other duties and responsibilities as needed Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Strong written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team • Manage deadlines and ability to multitask • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite The Order of Malta - Federal Association, U.S.A. office is located two blocks from Farragut North metro station and is accessible by Metrorail and Metrobus.
