St. Joseph Catholic Church - Hessen Cassel is seeking a person to help spread the good news of our faith, and all the great things happening at our parish. As a key member of the parish team, this role assists the parish office, the pastor and all parish stakeholders, by communicating via the parish website, MyParish app, Facebook, the parish bulletin and various flyers. The role also works closely with the parish secretary to help manage the day to day operation of the parish office, i.e. scheduling Mass intentions, sacrament prep paperwork etc.

This role - as a key member of the parish team - is for a committed Catholic enthusiastic about spreading the good news for this fun and important part-time role. The successful applicant will become closely integrated and vital to the day to day life of the parish and all its ministries.
This role will coordinate with all stakeholders, to deliver ongoing communication and messaging via current and new platforms by audience by time. This includes the parish bulletin, the parish website, the school and church Facebook pages, the MyParish App, and the church gathering space.
This role will support, coordinate and deliver scheduled and ad hoc liturgical and parish / school life materials to promote key events and messaging.
This role will align, communicate and coordinate with all parish stakeholders, ministerial and formation leads etc. to ensure "up to date" messaging across platforms.
This role will work with the parish secretary to help manage day to day requests coming into the parish office.
