As the spiritual and academic leader of the school, the Principal is responsible for fostering a strong Catholic identity, advancing a rigorous academic program, supporting faculty and staff, and promoting a vibrant school community rooted in Gospel values.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the President, Board of Limited Jurisdiction, faculty, staff, parents, and the diocesan Office of Schools • Promote and model Catholic values and traditions in all aspects of school life • Provide instructional leadership and ensure high academic standards • Oversee faculty development, curriculum implementation, and student achievement • Encourage a culture of respect, accountability, and service Qualifications: • Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church • Master's degree in educational leadership or related field • New Jersey Principal Certification (or eligibility) • Minimum of five years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience, preferably in Catholic education • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Commitment to the mission of Catholic education
