Join a small, high-impact marketing and innovation agency serving mission-driven, faith-based, and values-aligned organizations. You'll help keep projects on track, clients happy, and the team focused-while developing into a long-term strategic leader.
This role is a direct path to becoming an Account Manager. We're hiring Account Coordinators with the intention of promoting two to Account Manager within 6-8 months. From there, exceptional performers in strategy or creative leadership may be eligible for promotion to Account Director within a year.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support sales and discovery calls by taking notes, offering insight, and updating our CRM
• Collaborate with strategists and account sponsors to plan and set client strategy
• Act as liaison between clients and project teams
• Lead project management for internal and client-facing marketing and innovation work
• Contribute to process development and agency improvement
• Partner with Account Managers and senior team to ensure client success
• Manage and execute internal growth projects
• [Optional] Contribute to implementation in a technical or creative skill area (e.g. copywriting, design, SEO, social media)
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Hard Skills:
• Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• CRM systems (especially HubSpot)
• Client service and sales support
• Marketing strategy knowledge across digital and traditional channels
• Familiarity with design thinking, agile workflows, and lean business methods
• Marketing domain expertise (bonus for hands-on execution skills)

COMPENSATION
This position starts as project-based, hourly contract work at 5-20 hours/week, with a clear path to part-time and then full-time employment in three structured phases:
PHASE 1 (5-20 HRS/WEEK)
Higher rate reflects self-covered taxes and partial overhead.
• Account Coordination & Development: $36.38-$44.31/hr (~5-20 hrs/week)
• Sales Support: Commission-based (~2.5 hrs/week)
• [Optional] Tech or Creative Work: Pay varies by skill and scope (~2.5-10 hrs/week)
Scenario: Low Effort
• Weekly Hours: 10 hrs
• Base Earnings: $1,747
• Tech/Creative Work: +$400-$1,900
• Sales Commissions: +$0
Total Range: $2,147-$3,647
Scenario: High Effort
• Weekly Hours: 20 hrs
• Base Earnings: $3,510
• Tech/Creative Work: +$400-$1,900
• Sales Commissions: +$292-$583
Total Range: $4,202-$5,993
PHASE 2 (20-39 HRS/WEEK)
Includes access to systems, team support, and mentorship, with pro-rated access to benefits.
Hourly employee, with partial benefits: $26.44-$32.21/hr

PHASE 3 (40+ HRS/WEEK)
Offers long-term stability and full access to benefits.
Salaried, with full benefits: equivalent of $26.44-$32.21/hr
CAREER PATH & ADVANCEMENT
• 6-8 months - Consideration for full or part-time Account Manager positions (salary range: $70,000-$97,000)
• 12-24 months - Top-performing Account Managers may be considered for Account Director (salary range: $100,000-$140,000)
