This position will primarily work to develop students' interest, abilities, talents and skills for artistic expression and creativity in the performing arts through the delivery of course curriculum and direction of extracurricular performances along the parameters specified either in the job description or through departmental or faculty-specific goals identified annually. Secondarily, this position is responsible for the management of all aspects of our Performing Arts Center (PAC), including management of the physical plant needs as well as securing, staffing, and facilitating the needs of outside event rentals of the PAC Facility. In addition to having extensive subject-area knowledge, applicants need to be dedicated to Cascia Hall's rigorous academic goals, possess excellent communication skills, and have a commitment to serving their students. Teaching certification in grades six through twelve is required. Cascia Hall seeks faculty who have a strong desire to be a member of this Catholic, Augustinian educational community.
