Job Overview: A parish of 850 households on a university campus in central Wisconsin is looking a person to take our Social Justice Ministries from many good charitable works to working for the structural change Justice requires. Requirements 1. A living faith in Jesus Christ and the ability to share that faith with others. 2. A strong commitment to social justice and comfort working with diverse constituents. 3. At least two years experience organizing volunteers, teaching and empowering others to address community needs, and collaborating to meet a common goal. 4. A Bachelor's Degree, with an orientation toward religious studies, social work, or other related field.. 5. A Master's Degree in Theology or related field preferred. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills. 7. Proficiency in the use of technology for communicating. 8. A willing and compassionate team player. 9. Able to manage a very variable work schedule that will include evenings and weekends while keeping close to 20 hours a week.
