A Woman's Choice in Northern Virginia, seeks a passionate and driven Event and Fundraising Manager to join our team in Herndon or Falls Church, VA, with hybrid work options for the right candidate. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of fundraising events that generate at least 25% of our annual budget, while supporting marketing and communications strategies to engage donors and broaden our reach. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to set strategic goals, cultivate donor relationships, and manage fundraising event logistics. The ideal candidate brings experience in event planning, nonprofit development, and communications-or a strong desire to grow in these areas-along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
