    Customer Service Lead/Project Management

    Are you passionate about serving the Church through technology? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where faith, service, and excellence come together? We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Lead/Project Manager to help us bring impactful software solutions to Catholic organizations nationwide.

    Your Mission:
    Onboard new clients with care and clarity, ensuring a smooth start to every partnership.
    Manage projects from start to finish-on time and on budget.
    Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and large-scale clients.
    Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
    Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and valued.
    Identify areas for growth and improvement in the client experience.

    What We're Looking For:
    Prior software support, client support, customer service or similar experience.
    A passion for exceptional customer service.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Prior project management experience or similar.
    A self-starter who thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
    A love for the Catholic Church and a desire to support the mission through your work.

    Bonus Points For:
    Previous experience working with Catholic organizations.
    Experience in SaaS, web development, or digital tools for ministry.
