The Finance Manager supports The Pines' mission under the vision of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director. The Finance Manager reports to the Director of Finance & Operations and assists with financial decision-making and strategy for the organization. The role includes overseeing financial functioning, including budget management, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, payroll processing, and internal control optimization for finances, within a $5M budget.
The Pines is preparing to launch a capital campaign and is undergoing major growth to support its mission. The Finance Manager will be essential in maintaining the financial health of the organization while it undergoes significant change associated with new financial priorities. This role may manage additional bookkeeping support staff or contractors.
